Hi, there, I am Abul Hasan, CJJD cum JM in WB. I had a dream to be a Judge rather than mere a Law graduate. JCT under the superb Leadership of Rakesh Kapoor is a platform which has shown me the path to fulfill my dream. Bare Acts are lucidly taught with detailed explanation and relevant landmark case laws. My Learning is tested on the touchstone of MCQs as well as Mains Q & A sessions through its website. Answer sheets are evaluated and mistakes (if any) regularly corrected. My mental acumen was also tested through Interview process that helped me mould my personality and crack the Personality tests in Exams. I got to learn how to find a catch in a voluminous case file and crack a practical problem in court which is otherwise hard nut to crack. I was equipped with art of cross examination through numerous dummy moot court proceedings. In fine, I am armed with the basic knowledge of Medical Jurisprudence. But for the blessings of Almighty God, blessings and guidance of My Guru Beloved Rakesh Sir, my relentless perseverance, it wouldn't be possible to fulfill my dream. Pranam. Thank you.
