1 . एक मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष "अ" शपथ पर यह कथन करता है कि उसने 'ब' को क्लब में 'स' को मारते देखा था | बाद में सत्र न्यायालय के समक्ष वह शपथ पर यह कहता है कि 'ब' ने 'स' को कभी नहीं मारा | यदि मिथ्या साक्ष्य के अपराध के लिए 'अ' का अभियोजन किया जाता है तब:- "A" states on oath before a magistrate that he had seen 'B' kill 'C' in the club.
