Q.5.According to section 1, Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, if the Uttar Pradesh State Government, is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the interest of the general public, residing in any other local area-
